2 cups uncooked small shell macaroni
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese (I use one cup)
1 cup milk (I use 1% milk)
1 table spoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cook pasta. Drain. Put back in saucepan. Pour in other ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring ocasionally until cheese is melted and you like the consistency.
You can also add salsa , etc., to this for a different flavor.
Sounds delicious, the only thing to decide on is what sort of cheese am I going to use.
